The property felt brand new, super clean, and those beds were like sleeping on clouds! The staff was all smiles and showed us how things worked with great detail.

However, I was ready to strangle the front desk—who needs an unexpected crabby pet fee during a family trip? My poor dog was practically on his best behavior!

I absolutely loved the friendly staff, especially Rhonda, who made my evening dinner exceptional! The room was comfortable, but I did encounter noise from adjacent rooms, which was a bit bothersome. 😊

The King Room with Sofa Bed was gorgeous, featuring a clean and inviting layout. The highlight of the stay was the staff's friendliness, particularly Christel and Dody at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to make our family feel at home. However, I faced a slight hiccup with the breakfast arrangement and didn't realize the pricing for additional guests until I was informed by the attentive staff at the bistro. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I look forward to returning, particularly for the lovely facilities and well-maintained grounds.

Had a relaxing family getaway. The Courtyard Cafe impressed everyone with its standout buffet – especially those make-your-own waffles! Room was clean, though a bit snug. For a fantastic breakfast, skip the nearby diners and try the cafe instead. Overall, a lovely stay!

Our family of five had a delightful stay! The remodeled rooms were clean, and the kids found the sofa bed quite comfy. The offered free breakfast with cereals and bagels was a nice touch, and Karissa at the breakfast counter was so friendly and attentive.

My kids wished there was a larger space for the pool area. It felt cramped, and with little ones, having more room to splash around would have been great.

The Courtyard By Marriott Covington / Mandeville was beautifully decorated, featuring a modern lobby with inviting seating areas that made it easy for seniors to relax and socialize comfortably. The layout was accessible and convenient for anyone with mobility concerns.

Need better soundproofing between rooms for quieter stays.
